COMING 2027
Where everyone is welcome, nobody is perfect, and real change is possible
There's a seat saved for you.
Church can feel intimidating, and maybe it's been a while. That's okay! River City is a place where everyone is welcome, nobody is perfect, and real change is possible. Come as you are, grab a coffee, and let's do life together!
Hear the vision
Keokuk is home, and we believe God is doing something special here! Our city sits at the crossroads of Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri, and we believe that's no accident. Hit play and hear our heart for River City in our own words.
Meet Pastors Chris & Abby
Hey, we're Chris and Abby! Keokuk is home for us and our girls, and we can't wait to build something special here with you. We've seen God change lives through the local church, and we believe He's about to do it again right here in the Tri-State. We'd love to meet you!
Help Us Launch River City
-
Pray
Everything starts with prayer. Join us in asking God to open doors, draw the right people, and move in Keokuk and the Tri-State!
-
Serve
Kids, worship, hospitality, production, outreach and more. There's a spot on the Launch Team with your name on it!
-
Give
Your generosity helps us launch strong and reach people across Keokuk and the Tri-State. Every gift is tax deductible.
Your kids matter here.
We're building a safe, fun kids ministry where your kids can meet Jesus, make real friends, and can't wait to come back. And for students, a place to find their people and a faith that's their own!
ABOUT OUR SENDING CHURCH
River City is planted by The Bridge Church, a multi-campus church serving Ottumwa, Centerville, Fairfield, and Oskaloosa under the leadership of Pastors Marty and Jenny Schmidt. Over the years we've watched God use The Bridge to change lives, restore marriages, and help countless people take their next step with Jesus. Now that same heart is coming to Keokuk!
