My name is Jessi Gibson and I am one of the founding pastors of River City Church and the Director of the Fearless Women's Ministry.
I graduated from Victory Bible Institute in 2001 and Oral Roberts University in 2004. After completing my studies, my husband and I moved to Owensboro to start River City Church. God gave us a vision for this church and it has been exciting to see God unfold all that He has for us. Brian and our three children love our home church and our hope is that you will find a home at RCC too.

Pastor Jessi Gibson
My name is Brian Gibson and I am the founding pastor of River City Church. After growing up in Providence, Kentucky, I moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma to attend Oral Roberts University. Shortly after graduating in 2002, God placed a desire in my heart to build a church in Owensboro. It's been an honor to serve the people of Western Kentucky and I believe that the best is yet to come.
